The fields, forests, and hills are bursting with nature’s bounty! Come exploring with us as we gather wild greens and berries. Returning from our harvest we will learn to make delicious jams and other wild foods creations. Instructors will focus on how to safely identify wild plants and practice safe and sustainable harvesting. Eat to your heart’s content and become a caretaker and steward of our environment. All campers will bring home jars of jam for their families.
